For years, homeowners have come to us after seeing a Mike Stevens Homes home they love with the same question: “Could we build something like that?” Absolutely. Our Plans collection lets you begin with a home we’ve already designed and built, then make it your own — keep the layout nearly as it is, or move walls, add rooms, rethink the exterior, and adapt the whole home to a different property. The plan gives us a place to begin. Where we take it from there is up to you.

Customization
Starting with one of our plans doesn’t mean giving up the freedom of a custom home. Walls can move, rooms can grow, exteriors can change, and spaces can be added, removed, or completely rethought. Our Design Division can take the parts of a plan you love and develop the rest around you. And if you browse the whole collection and none of them is the right starting point, we’ll start with a blank page.
The Property
Even when you begin with an existing plan, the property still matters. The direction of the view, the slope of the land, privacy, natural light, and how you arrive at the home can all change how a plan should take shape on a particular homesite. Our team adapts the plan to make the most of your property and everything that makes it unique.
