A great custom home needs more than one person doing everything right. It takes project leadership, design expertise, skilled craftsmen, trusted vendors, and someone keeping all of it moving in the same direction.
Mike Stevens started as a carpenter-subcontractor, then worked his way through superintendent, general contractor, and land developer before founding the company that carries his name today. That path still shows in how the leadership team is built.

Every project at MSH gets a dedicated project manager — one person who knows your job inside and out and picks up the phone when you call. That doesn’t mean they’re the only person you’ll talk to. Over the course of a build, you’ll work directly with our designers, walk through selections with people who do this for a living, and talk shop with the craftsmen and specialists actually building your home.
