2026 HBAGK Parade of Homes

Two Homes. Two Visions.
One Mike Stevens Homes Team.

This year, Mike Stevens Homes is opening the doors to two very different custom homes for the 2026 Parade of Homes. Sunset Heights on Highwick in Bridgemore and Shino No Mori in Tennessee National each tell a completely different story — through the architecture, materials, interiors, and details chosen specifically for the people who call them home.

We can show you a few details here. To experience everything that went into them, you’ll have to come see them in person.

Sunset Heights on Highwick

A Home Worth Looking Closer At.

There are homes you take in all at once. And then there are homes that make you keep looking.

Sunset Heights on Highwick is filled with layers of material, texture, craftsmanship, and unexpected details — from the stone and steel that greet you at the entrance to custom woodwork, sculptural lighting, beautiful hardware, distinctive wall treatments, and one-of-a-kind moments throughout the home.

Look up. Look around. Look closely. Some of our favorite details are the ones you might not notice until you’re standing right in front of them. And we’re intentionally not showing you all of them yet.

Shino No Mori

A Completely Different Point of View.

That’s the beauty of building custom.

Shino No Mori brings its own personality to Tennessee National, shaped around its setting, its homeowners, and a vision created specifically for the way they wanted to live. From the architecture and floor plan to the materials, finishes, lighting, furnishings, and final details, every decision contributes to a home with a character all its own.

It’s also the perfect counterpart to Sunset Heights on Highwick. Two Mike Stevens Homes. Two completely different expressions of custom homebuilding.

Full-Service Design

From the First Idea to the Final Detail.

A custom home isn’t simply a floor plan and a collection of finishes. It’s hundreds of decisions that eventually need to feel like one home.

Mike Stevens Homes can bring those pieces together through a full-service approach that extends from custom home design and construction through interior design, furnishings, and final styling. Our in-house Design Division can help develop the home itself around your property, priorities, and lifestyle. From there, our team guides the selections that shape the interior — from cabinetry, flooring, stone, tile, lighting, plumbing, hardware, paint, and finishes.

For homeowners who want a more complete interior design experience, MSH Interiors can extend much further: furniture, custom-made pieces, window treatments, art, murals, rugs, accessories, and styling — even the final objects that make a room feel finished. The extent of that involvement is entirely up to you. Some homeowners already have an interior designer they love. Others want our team involved from the first plans through the final layer of the home.

These Parade homes offer an opportunity to see what can happen when those pieces are considered together.

Selections

The Finished Home

Your Home Doesn’t Have to Look Like Either of These.

And that’s exactly the point. These two homes demonstrate the range that’s possible when the starting point isn’t a predetermined look, but the homeowner.

You may come to Mike Stevens Homes with a property and an idea. You may already have plans. You may want to completely customize one of our previous home plans. Or you may want our Design Division to begin with a blank page. Modern or traditional. Quiet or dramatic. Warm and layered or clean and restrained.

The goal isn’t to build a Mike Stevens Homes “look.” It’s to build a home that feels distinctly yours, with the experience, craftsmanship, and trusted team behind it to bring the idea to life.
