Transforming Dreams Into Realities

Our Story

Meet Mike & Marquita Stevens

With over four decades of experience, Mike Stevens Homes stands as Knoxville, Tennessee’s premier custom design-build home builder.

Proud members of the esteemed Southern Living Custom Home Builder program, we represent the Greater Knoxville area with distinction. In 2021, we were honored to host a Southern Living Showcase Home — a testament to our commitment to excellence.

Mike Stevens’ journey in the building industry began as a carpenter-subcontractor, evolving through the role of superintendent, followed by general contractor and land developer.
