Contemporary Luxury

From its hillside lot, Contemporary Luxury looks across rolling wooded hills and the neighborhood below. The great room and covered deck are arranged around that view, with a multi-panel sliding glass wall connecting the two. Outside, a stained tongue-and-groove ceiling, ceiling fan and cable railing keep the deck comfortable and open. Inside, wood beams cross the vaulted ceiling above a floor-to-ceiling linear fireplace wall finished in dark gray tile, with floating shelves on either side. The kitchen has a white quartz waterfall island on a charcoal base, a geometric glass backsplash and white cabinetry with frosted- and fluted-glass uppers. Cream and greige walls soften the contrast, while a petal-shaped bronze chandelier brings another shape into the dining space.
